I can't say enough good things about Windy City Wheelchair Service. While traveling to Chicago on vacation, my mom's mobility scooter stopped working. Mr. Reeves saved the day! He special ordered the part and worked against the clock to get mom's scooter up and running again before our return flight home. His rates were more than reasonable and he treated us like family. If we lived in the area, this would be our first stop for all our mobility needs. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I ordered scooter for my father through WindyCity. We had a scooter that could be broken down into four pieces and easily transported in a small car.

Although there was a glitch with the dropoff, Mr Reeves was excellent and getting things sorted out and arranging a seamless pickup.

I was referred to Mr. Reeves by 200 Pharmacy when I needed my rollator/transport chair combo serviced. Boy, I wish I had come here first before wasting money on getting that one serviced and buying another transport chair! Mr. Reeves did what he could to fix it, but it was basically just trash that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I bought a chair from a different place because we kept missing each other. That one, even brand new, wasn't quite right, so I ended up getting what I needed here- for 1/2 the price! Why did I come back? Because Mr. Reeves isn't about a quick sale. He demonstrates and allows you to try before you buy. During the whole time, he educated me, told me about each equipment's pros and cons, and gave me pointers to consider for future purchases. He has a 3 wheeled electric scooter I'm eyeing. Hopefully, I can get IL Voc Rehab to cover it, but, if not, I'm willing to come out of pocket for it. It's that good!
